WHO I WORK WITH
I work with a wide range of clients, from first-time homebuyers to major institutional investment companies.
For single-family homes, I work primarily in areas around Los Angeles including anywhere from the Westside to Downtown as well as the San Fernando and San Gabriel valleys. However, I will work on properties throughout California if I believe I can effectively market the property. I work from offices in the Hollywood Hills, Toluca Lake and West Hollywood. I specialize in luxury homes.
For my investment clients, we've worked on transactions around the world, including hotels, apartments, industrial properties, offices, resorts, shopping centers and more. I also frequently help developers find equity or financing for their projects. I specialize in finding and selling off-market properties.
These days, many of the homebuyers I work with have had trouble finding the right house or are worried about paying too much. And most home sellers I work with are concerned about selling their home for enough money. Some have already tried and failed to sell their home for a decent price.
